Jireh Property Services was originally established in 2015 as Legionella Aberdeen by Allan Parkinson, a chartered mechanical engineer with over 40 years’ relevant experience and a landlord to carry out Legionella Risk Assessment, Portable Appliance Testing and Energy Performance Certificates to other Landlords and Agents in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Working with other local professionals, the company is also able to offer electrical and gas compliance services.
Since incorporation, the Aberdeen-based company has provided these services to local and national Lettings Agents in addition to many local Landlords and commercial property landlords/owners. Allan has presented to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveys and Property Network meetings on Legionella Risk Assessment, as well as being a contributor to industry groups.
Formally trained through City & Guilds accredited courses and holding DEA accreditation with Elmhurst Energy.
